In order to reduce the flow velocity of the flat mold part, the flat mold part is electrolytically eroded 2mm deep The pits make the flow rate at the junction more uniform, and the dark shadow after the surface treatment of the profile is greatly reduced; secondly, if the "T"-position flat mold part needs to be transitioned, it should be a certain distance from the shunt part, and the small mold core is 1~1.5 mm, the large mold core is 2~3mm, and the working band value should be within 2mm of the wall thickness as far as possible. Also, please note that when the mold core is too small, the upper and lower necks of the upper mold should be higher than the lower mold. The working belt is 1.5mm to reduce the impact of the upper and lower die working belt misalignment caused by the elastic deformation of the upper die caused by extrusion.
