  1) The extrusion die designer uses CAD software to design the die, and then draws a 1:1 extrusion die hole and die hole exit with wire cutting processing drawings.
  2) The programmer converts the CAD design drawing into a dxf file, and uses the atuop (or Wire in MasterCAM) software to compile the wire cutting program.
  3) Cutting die hole exit with electrode.
  4) The engraving and milling machine engraves and mills the end face of the electrode working belt. The sequence of steps is: before engraving and milling the working end face of the electrode, draw a three-dimensional view of the working end face of the electrode according to the length of each section of the die hole working belt; use the method of plate bonding to form The electrode is glued (or installed) with 502 glue on a special copper plate with a through groove on the worktable, and then the working end surface of the electrode is carved and milled, as shown in Figure 7-25; use a height gauge to measure the size and polish the working surface.
